At VALOR, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion pieces aren't the perfect fit, you can return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they arrive back at our warehouse in perfect condition.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
